When it is clearly, unambiguously my turn at a stop sign, I'm even already moving, and another driver waves me through the intersection.

Happy holidays includes the new year also, tho.

At the ****ty holiday in express I was staying in the guy behind the counter sang "we wish you a merry Christmas, we wish you a merry Christmas, we WISH you a merry Christmas and a happy new year!" To everyone checking out. I was sitting there waiting for my ride and heard it maybe 10 times. Then he did it to/for me also. And I had to look him in the face while it was going on. I would have prefered happy holidays.

Yeah, people waving others through out-of-order is a TSPYO type thing, some idiot waving at me taking my turn doesn't really affect anything.

That was my thinking. If someone waves me through when it is my turn, I figure they think I am someone that doesn't know how to manage a stop sign, so I appreciate them trying to keep the order of things.

God people that wave through at stop signs are the ****ing worst. They act all smug, as if it's some amazing gift to give someone the right of way. When the truth is, the waver doesn't ****ing understand how 4-way stops work and is using the "gesture of kindness" to cover up for it.

I can't remember if it was this thread or not, but whoever it was that posted about 4 ways and said they just always err on the side of going first because people hesitate changed my life.
