Umbrellas.

Great at keeping me dry but I find them very stressful. Constantly have to be dodging to avoid taking people's eyes out, and ready to instantly react to whichever direction the next little gush of wind's coming from, turning it into an inside out, awkward spiky mess you have to sort out.

Then, when you get where you're going, you're left with a soggy, dripping lump of fabric you have to deal with.
