X% will forget/refuse to use the card and will over pay

Y% will think they've saved a bunch of money using their card and will buy additional items with their "savings"

Most people will realize whats going on and shop normally, but the real ploy is the free market research of exact individuals exact purchases for years on end. That info has to be priceless

Pretty much impossible to shop at a store that offers a free club card and not get hustled in one way or another no matter your shopping strategy. Whoever came up with this one simple trick deserves to be a billionaire

When someone in a movie or TV show is working at a computer and the director feels the need to include a shot that shows 1-2 seconds of them hammering away at random keys on the keyboard.

The news does this every segment.

Likewise, in TV/movies when anyone gets their shirt ripped open. There go the buttons, guess they're not going to be wearing that shirt again. Such a waste of perfectly good apparel.

I did gogo dancing on student parties as a part of organizing team. We didn't get any money for the job. It was free entry and the prices for drinks did pretty exact cover the drink costs.

Most cool thing we managed to get going, was to get a bunch of very famous DJs to come to our small student bar and work there for free. It was really cool. We divided the bar we piled-up the foam couches to separate two dance floors. Worked surprisingly well also for the acoustic.

Boy, had we energy! It is really funny how good that all worked, although we were just a bunch of youngsters with zero experience or any lead.
