1. how easy and fun cooking is , and im pissed at ex gf's for not wanting to teach me
2. dishwashers/busboys deserve more money. washing dishes suck
3. amount of money being saved by not going out to eat is insane.
4. thought the stock market game was solved, but nope. algos/funds still have leaks
5. i really miss walking through nyc carefree. now you cant even take the subway .
6. how shortsighted people really are.

Also things i learned being asian in this pandemic

I literally had people ask me if i was Asian or Chinese.

That my grocery store can put a giant arrow on the floor and it says one way and I'll still meet 3 people per aisle going the wrong way. They gave me dirty looks too when I passed them pointing to the arrows on the floor

You have to be pretty dumb to not be able to follow an arrow on the floor just because you haven't been exposed to them more than 3 times in a grocery store. I have learned that there are many, many worthless people like this out there and they contribute to air pollution and spread viruses.

1. How much I miss random human contact
2. How much I enjoyed travel; I am actually missing airports
3. How much I miss going for breakfast of a morning
4. How easily I've transitioned from never drinking home alone to doing it fairly often
5. How easily I've transitioned from thinking the gym was a total chore to missing it
6. How every slight tickle in the back of my throat is suddenly met with existential dread

I stopped doing them because once the GF saw the dishes were done she took that as her signal to immediately bake something and dirty every dish and make an absolute mess of the counter......shes good at it and the food is great, but I only love banana bread so much and it's not enough to keep washing all that ****.

Our dishwasher sucks ass too, so we hand wash everyting

Someone here mentioned they wore a mask while mowing the lawn and it helped with their allergies. Tried it and was surprised how much it helped. One of those things that’s super obvious in hindsight, but I just never did it before.

Costco toilet paper is terrible and I will always pay more for brand name in the future.

If someone can figure out what to do with malls in 20 years they’re going to make a lot of money.

Ahahaha, you totally nailed it. My girl has been making banana bread and muffins nonstop, and I'm like STOP BUYING BANANAS.

I learned what I always kinda knew already. I am extremely happy just being at home and filling my days any way I want to with no obligations. I don't miss social gatherings, I don't miss meetings, I don't miss human interaction.
