One of the things that really ****ed with me one time (pardon the pun) was thinking about there being no actual beginning.

That everything is and always has been. A just so story. (Expansion notwithstanding and could be a cyclical thing.)

Blew my mind and I had to go outside and stare at blades of grass while hyperventilating (while the world spun) to regroup.
