Not really, he never pays when he wins. He owed Fubster heaps when he was winning the 1st couple weeks of the season, instead of paying with the money he won he lost it and stole more.

It appears that I may have compared him to the wrong Edward Norton character.

This reminds me if anyone who plays cards and or sports bets in California and knows a bookie named sterling PM me. Jimmy has assured us he died and or lost his house in the fires but I’m not even sure he ever existed.

Real bookies make so much money off of people who actually pay that they want nothing to do with jimmy. I know this doesn’t make a whole lot of sense but you have to trust me.

Ya, I'd make the niners bet over and over again. Unprecedented bad luck getting Jimmy G. Even with him they were a play away from losing a couple of games at the end.

Jimmy hooked Fubster by starting a thread asking to borrow 1500 to pay off his bookie. Once Fubster gave him the money we started a thread where we all begged for 1500 to blow on different stupid things but the thread got out of hand because we couldn’t keep track of how high the number we were supposed to beg for had gotten.

No, He’s owed over 10k. He did get payed on some of the wins but I think he’s still in the negative as a whole.

The deal went something like this. Jimmy hooked him up with his main account, sterling, HIV, and HIV’s fried. Jimmy borrowed/stole ~4k and ever other person besides hiv stole too. His main account is some casino dealer he is obsessed with but that’s another story. She is actually paying but very slowly. I could be off a little on the details but I think that’s fairly accurate.

Like Rubbr mentioned, if anyone knows of a poker player who goes by Sterling, who probably lives somewhere in the SF Bay Area, possibly Bakersfield, let me know and if it turns out to be good info you'll get a cash reward, and if it turns out to be him and I can track him down you'll get 10% of collections. Right now Sterling owes me ~7k. Sterling is a bookie Nima referred me to ("he's a stand up guy and this account is one of the smallest he deals with, he books huge action").

I'm not sure what you mean by "I obviously knew what would happen," but if Nima and the bookie I've got on a payment plan make good on their obligations I'll have made a slight profit. Not worth the nightmare of course.

I think Fubster’s plan was to loan Jimmy 1500 and pay jimmy 10% of whatever he profited off the bookies. If jimmy actually found Fubster good bookies as hot as Fubster ran jimmy probably would have been paid more than 1500 per his 10%.
