Salmon nigiri is a top tier food for me, eat a bunch and beginning then have a few at the end as well. So buttery and perfect.

Place I go to sometimes has a salmon-lover plate special as well as a tune-lover and they are both great. Nigiri, sashimi & rolls, so good.

how dramatic
there's great sushi to be had in the US, just not as high a chance of getting it as in other countries 'cause there's too much country in the middle not remotely close to saltwater. Vegas has its own sushi gravity and doesn't count.

Sushi fix with a friend. 30 minute in-n-out with a Mai Thai. $25 tuna/salmon lover special, fresh but pricey. Usually do AYCE somewhere else, but this was a fix so nbd.

According to the Food and Drug Administration, salmon's average mercury concentration is 0.022 parts per million (ppm). Tuna has a higher average concentration of 0.144 ppm. Health experts recommend eating about 8 ounces of seafood per week. You could easily overdo it if your daily lunch is a good ol' can of tuna.
