Good luck finding "fun" people to come over your house for the game with that spread.

Chippa himself suggest maple syrup. I was contemplating honey mustard as well.

Yes. You wrap them in crescent roll dough that you find in a refrigerated display, usually near the dairy stuff. The dough is pre-cut into large triangles. Cut those triangles into several smaller triangles. Wrap the meat in the dough, and into the over for 10-15 minutes.

Gonna add P Chippa's sausaga and cheese dip to this thread. Pretty sure it's what I'm making sunday, with a mix of ground beef and sausage.

Since we've determined that most of OOT would give up oral sex before cheese, any cheese plate recommendations? Generally away from soft, stinky cheese.

I'm 21 in Wisconsin so it is pizza, beer, peanuts and chips if I have a party. I might go to my uncles house and that will be a BBQ with steak, chicken, etc. Than veggies, and a bunch of deserts I would guess.

I just can't go to a Packer party since I hate them, so I will have to deal with the former I'm guessing.

Here's another super simple entry. There is still time to do this if you're looking for a snack to bring to your SB party.

Shrimp Cocktail Dip

Cube up 1 package of cream cheese and thaw out 1.5 cups of those little salad shrimp. This is one of the few applications where I don't mind buying precooked shrimp. The 1.5 cups of shrimp need to be chopped up, which will yield about 1 cup of shrimp pieces.

Make .5 cups of your favorite cocktail sauce. I use horseradish, chili sauce, and hot sauce. I like to use a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce too, but I was all out of it. You will need to make the cocktail sauce hotter than you normally like it because the heat is being diluted by the volume of the cream cheese. I ended up putting in 2 extra fork fulls of horseradish at the end, and I think I may still add more.

Mix the cocktail sauce and cream cheese together with a fork. Beat the hell out of it to break up the cream cheese nodules that form the best you can. If they don't all come out, it's ok.

This make a very loose mixture, that is easy to dip into without breaking the crackers. I've also made this with less cocktail sauce which gives you a final consistancey that is more like a spread than a dip.

Chippa, I make the same thing but a little different. I mix the shrimp(salad) with the cocktail sauce and pour it over the cream cheese.

Sadly I woke up feeling like **** so I'm staying home to watch the game. Got some home made bean soup cooking though so it's not a total loss.
