Doing some homemade guac and a half-baked pizza from patxi's (Zach's is just too far away) as well.

EDIT: ****ing smilies
FYI - Totally worth it. Best wings I've ever made.

This thread has SIX references to these wings from SIX different folks. I am absolutely 100% cooking these wings this week.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Ingredients

* 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup mayonnaise
* 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
* 2 ounces canned diced jalapeno peppers, drained
* 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in green chilies, jalapeno peppers, and half the Parmesan. Pour mixture into a baking dish, and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
2. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 30 minutes.

GTFO.

Will definitely be making the pigs in a blanket/pigs in a blanket. As far as I know, the more pork, the better. I may also be making chili, but I don't have a recipe I swear by. Thinking it would be badass to make some homemade Cincinnati-style and just let people have at it.
