Lets talk sleep paralysis.
Posting a couple "screenshots".
Im sure these numbers are bull****. It feels to me like theyre saying, yeah a lot of people suffer sleep paralysis even if you're not one of them, and a whole ****ing heap of those people are attacked by demons, even though that's never happened to you.
But do they realize theyre suggesting 1 in 4 people have experienced demonic attacks in a state of sleep paralysis? That seems asinine.
Ive had it on a few occasions, nothing sinister occurred in my head but it is a fairly awful state to be in. First time it happened I was probably 25 and I imagined that my roommate was standing in the door watching me, and I was trying so desperately to get him to say my name or something because I thought it would release me. When I finally shook loose, of course im alone in my room with the door closed.
I find a way to kind of trigger it is trying to move your hands when you think youre at about the last possible moment before drifting off. Sometimes they dont move and you're conscious. Which is scary and doesnt feel right to just give into drifting off when you cant ****ing move.
