Spy camera suggestions wanted

I would like to obtain a spy camera that can provide me a real time photo remotely to my smart phone.
The constraints I have are:
1. Must run on battery-only for at least 2 hours. I can likely retrieve the camera, recharge and re use in the same environment on multiple occasions. (Unless surveillance catches me). Longer battery duration 6-8+ hours would be very nice.
2. Still photo only needed. Most ideally a real time photo, however, just the current live-ish picture would suffice...could be up to 60 seconds old. If not real time, it would be nice if the time stamp info was available
3. Could be color or black and white.
4. Resolution is probably not important; could be fairly low res photo.
5. Wifi: There is a public wifi with internet connectivity in the location that the camera will be hidden. The name of the wifi network is fixed and there is no password. My smart phone would not be connected to the same network; need to be able to access the photo somehow over the internet.
6. Preferably wouldn't look so noticeable. Probably the color black would blend in fairly well. Small size would be good.
7. Relatively inexpensive; $40 USD price range
8. Ideally, if some outside person discovers the camera, it would be nice if it wasn't trivial to determine from the configuration where the photos were being sent.
Any suggestions that can fulfill all/most criteria?
Other comments also welcome such as "all criteria could be met but such a camera costs $X" or anything insightful.

The camera would be in the machine game area (as opposed to table games) of an Indian casino (obviously not in the state of Nevada).

I bet if someone could invent something like that theyd be stupid rich

Sorry, I'm not trying to come off as as an entirely too lazy to use google to some basic research type person.
Just that when I did search, I had a difficult time understanding the specific price points and battery life for the narrow case I am trying to solve for. Lots of cameras in this segment have to be able to do things like capture live video, or may not have to run from internal battery, record sound, etc, and it was a bit hard for me to tell how long the battery life might be for my particular case.
Additionally, some people in this forum might have a foundation of knowledge that would point out that it is a crazy risk to place a camera in an environment where there are so many surveillance cameras. (Or maybe, maybe it is not....)
