Here's a picture of the Relativity launch from last week. This may be my favorite rocket launch picture of all time. Beautiful.

Here's an animation of a Starship launch put together by a SpaceX fan. It's REALLY well done. And oh that ending...

Also, stay tuned for the actual launch of Starship in early May!!!

SpaceX just received it's launch license for the first launch of Starship! The first flight is scheduled for early this Monday morning. I'm not sure of the exact time of the launch but the window opens at 8am edt with fueling starting a few hours earlier.

The first launch of the largest, most powerful rocket ever designed. Excitement guaranteed. Large explosions and fireworks are a very real possibility.

Thanks again for the updates, Mark. What's the next step after they're launching and landing these things?

After those big steps, the next is orbital refuelling. Obviously, SpaceX has it's work cut out before that point.

After that, it's developing the HLS and a moon landing.

The good news is that the next Starship #26 and Booster are about ready. I assume try #2 is this summer.
