They make about 2 a week. Elon said he wants to get the raptor production to 1 a day this year.

I think they've made about 60 raptors to date. Many have never been flown but used for engine test and development at the Mcgregor Texas test facility.

BTW, A full up Starship uses 6 raptors (3 vacuum, 3 normal) in the 2nd stage and 28 raptors in the 1st stage booster.
