Sell the ticket and get one of these

The Fleshlight was designed by Steve Shubin, who was granted a patent in July 1998 for his invention, as a "device for discreet sperm collection" and it is marketed by Interactive Life Forms. It is named for the flesh-like material used in its inner sleeve, as well as the plastic case that houses the sleeve, which is fashioned to look like an oversized flashlight. The inner sleeve is available with a vulva, anus or mouth orifice, in colors representing a variety of ethnicities as well as see-through, and 48 different internal textures.

Space flight is a good one. We recently built the Christa McAullife library, a library dedicated to the teacher who was blown to bits in space. Our library actually looks like it's taking flight!

Lapka,

Play tight aggressive and hope you run good. Have a push/fold chart handy.

So you think normal NLHE tourney. Nothing alternative?

I am torn between
short handed NLHE
short handed NLHE progressive KO
full ring NLHE progressive KO
and Stud HiLo

experience wise I have about the same of all this NLHE options. I have a lot less in Stud, but I have a feeling that I have a lot more experience than an average Stud tourney player. But it can be also that it is because my buy-in limit for Stud is 1 $.

Im guessing the only people that play a $215 Stud tourney are people that play Stud, so youd be at a pretty big disadvantage.

That is an utter tautology.

Guess you are right.

Tx guys. Have calmed down. Going to mail the support first and ask them where from I have the ticket. And if they confirm, will play a very standard NLHE full ring, because I agree with Alobar's logic: All people who just wanna have a shot with actually not enough experience will cluster in NLHE and won't risk 215$ in something where they don't even know exactly the rules.

You're welcome.
You're in the Bay area. Marin Civic Center, obv.

I thought he was a lot younger because he was so prolific in the 50's, with the Civic Center and around Phoenix.

I liked it. It was very 80s which is a good thing.

Being American Pokerstars is a distant memory, but if you explain the situation I wonder if they would swap it out for a bunch of smaller tickets. You could even ask the stars tourney rep on here, might be worth a shot.
09-13-2017 , 06:06 PM
lapka, the most obvious play would be to ask MLYLT, the in-house expert on tournament play, for help.
09-13-2017 , 06:11 PM
Lapka,

The tournament is 99% going to come down to winning flips, and if you are unlucky, a cooler.
09-13-2017 , 06:15 PM
lapka,

Just play one and hope you get lucky.

Saw it this afternoon. Was really good. The criticisms I've seen were that the (kids) characters weren't fleshed out enough, but it's hard for me to judge as I've read the book lots of times. My criticism, which is related, is that at one point it felt like a slog or assembly line of scares, as they kind of went scare to scare, by character.

Still, good movie, I even laughed out loud at one point in addition to the scares.

Has anyone used a fleshlight?
09-13-2017 , 06:42 PM
I understand Josie has. For testing purposes.

Josie,

Do a modern styled home built from multiple conex type containers. It embraces innovation and firsts, along with the tiny house movement, upcycling, alternative and experimental architecture and green building practices. Just the type of thing architects go nuts over.

Plus the cube shapes should be easy to build a ginger bread house out of.
