If you have pr0n cookies then someone is writing/saving them on your computer. Non-pron sites, incognito not doing its job or user error.

I've been curious for some time about nootropics such as piracetam. As I understand it, it's not permitted to sell the stuff in USA#1 but it's entirely legal to possess it. Anyone here have opinions about it?

I would intend to use it, of course, only to prevent myself from penalties in ongoing hunchcaps.

I'm generally quite skeptical about this kind of thing. At the same time, I know a fair number of very smart people who say that e.g. Adderall has totally changed their lives for the better. So what's the border between the two?
