Any interest in a WWF OOT bracket tournament to crown the king? I think it could work out relatively well as long as people that entered truly wanted to play and we limited games to 24 hours. I'm in obviously and in the meantime i'll take on all challengers. SN is Chrisco87.

my wwf thing is my real name so no offense to all the PMs I got and didn't start a game with you.

I guess I'll probably change it eventually.

Mike also dropped "Judos" on me on a TL/TW for 109 I think. That kinda sucked.

Noah is clearly a sailor, so he obviously knows that "gybed" is an alternate spelling of "jibed," which is the past tense of a sailing maneuver where your vessel's stern passes through the wind.

Ironically for those who claim WWF and other Scrabble variations are bastardizations of the original game, I learned all the two-letter words I know from the official Facebook Scrabble app, which conveniently has a list where you click on a letter and it tells you both the two letter words that begin with that letter AND the two letter words ending in that letter.

was fun until i found the anagram solver online. now, it's just too tempting to come up with ridiculous words whenever someone else does.

I'm basically golden at this game, but have been busy with work lately and may be a slow turn...

i'm not, i play for fun, and i can only imagine people would be much more likely to cheat to win in a tournament setting, and i can't stand playing against cheaters.

I play all the time... the paid app is definitely worth it to skip the ads.

So far my biggest word has been 114pts. I'm sure this has been crushed...

Only problem is that I have a game that glitched and it refuses to disappear. Always thinks its my turn (first turn) and whatever I do (resign, swap, pass, submit a word) it comes back 5 min. later saying its my turn with a blank board... and for the opponent they always see its my turn, been like that for almost a month now.

WWF sucks, Word Feud is a better game - I'll take challengers ITT. I do have a WWF account however.

WWF - imjoshsizemore
Word Feud - Joesh

They need to make an app that allows you to play the "dirty" words. I've been trying to come up with theme games to add some spice, and a sexed theme game would be pretty fun.

There are a lot of words that I've found that don't work, such as jew or leo. Guess they are both considered proper nouns.

I REALLY like the newest update that shows which words are unacceptable, been complaining about that for awhile.

I "discovered" that there are websites which help you basically cheat at WWF, and after smoking a few people at it, victory started to seem hollow so I tried to quit using the sites. But I was hooked on them, and now I just can't play.

The lesson is don't be scum, and cheaters never win at life.

When I first started playing I'd use these sites to get better, not to cheat. If you play your word and then look at what you COULD have played then you get better by learning the important words. (lux, xi, qi, qat, qua, jut, jota, oxter, za, taj, haji, no two letter words w/ C or V, only two letter word beginning w/ R is re, cmw, pongo, etc...)
