RG can you help me fill in some blanks in the post birth happenings? I'd like to get some more information on the chain of LD custody.

As I understand it:
LD born.
LD turned over to adoptive parents - RD's parental rights discontinued.
DBB "sues" for custody and gets it. DBB retains parental rights, RD has none. DBB and RD share parental responsibilities at this time.
Then...

What happened after this point? Did RD regain parental rights? How did it become RD having LD full time? How has she gone about getting full custody?

I had to clarify with Mrs. RoundGuy. I wasn't really analyzing RD's boobage. "Big during and just after (duh, she said), shrunk, now getting bigger for some reason." I'm not sure how that works.

So it would seem. I'm not going to question RD's motives in supplying pics. Although I'm guessing she finds it humorous.

After the Appeals Court decision, RD asked the court to reinstate her parental rights. DBB did not oppose. Deal done.

When RD had to move further away to pursue her 4-year degree, it was no longer feasible to continue the every-other-week custody that was in place at the time (keep in mind, that was with the foster grandparents, not DBB). Since DBB had no way of caring for LD every other week, he began living with RD full-time.

She currently has full custody only by agreement. She is pursuing court action to make it official. All sides agree it's the right thing to do, it's just a matter of getting it done.
