Autopsy results out. The Chinese are making Fentanyl by the 5 gallon bucket. We used to see it just in patch form, but now being added to heroin, packed into counterfeit pills, and new molecules being added, it is killing people right and left. Don't know if alteration of a patch was the culprit here, or one of his minions was getting the illicit powder form for him. I am sure law enforcement is pretty interested to find out which.
