Sheek Louch One of the worst, lol. This guy is so terrible it's ridiculous.
Joe Budden Budden is super overrated to me, but he's better than virtually everyone on this list. To be fair, I haven't listened to a lot of his material either. He says some okay stuff once in a while.

I don't like any of them, but Juelz has sick swagger. He's pretty damn polished and says some tight **** once in a while. He killed this one track I heard with Celph Titled over the Sweet Child Of Mine sample. He was also pretty damn sick on Black Presidents from Drought 3.
