Nice..I think Method Man is underated actually. My favourite track of his is Blackout.

Something slightly different..first two verses are nasty. I've always liked giggs, but k.koke is getting really good.

I thought this was a joke video at first. The video isn't the only thing wrong with this.

there is none...its dead

i group up on hiphop (born in 1980)

i was a dj, producer, in rap groups, worked at NYC studios, at record labels...everything.

ive seen pretty much every relevant rapper/group live multiple times.

****s crap now...so irrelevant. hiphop was my life for soooo long and now its irrelevant.

i spend my time now listening to indie rock and reggae. here and there i like a song but compared to what i heard in 1993 its all bogus

nuthin too crazy cuz my time was brief.

Interned at Def Jux when they were promoting/releasing the Canibal Ox album. That was alot of fun.

Also interned at Unique Recording Studios in Times Square. I didnt stay long enough to learn how to engineer sessions. My buddy was an engineer there for a while and worked with all types of people. He saw MOP record Ante Up there which is pretty crazy..and was stuck in the studio with George Clinton during 9/11. Said he just threw a bowl of nuggs out and said "help yourself" while he smoked his crackpipe.

Other then that been a dj/producer in Boston since ~1996. Used to have a group with one emcee, until he joined a bigger group that I produce for. Would make tracks here and there with other local artists.

Had a couple college radio shows but they were whatever.

I still do it but poker takes up too much time for me to work on it to hard.

I did Northeastern with my buddy E Skillz who moved on to ERS. His was there for a while and had a real good show. I'd go hang out with him there but wasn't on the air.

I also did one with my buddy for a bit at UMass Amherst. That one wasnt bad. It did lead me to drinking henny out the bottle on the corner with MOP once.

The hip hop shows on 88.9 are ridiculously good. Thats cool you got to be around for all that. Why so bitter?

Also, TR on drinking with MOP please.

@GDF what does TR mean? And I'm not bitter, I just don't listen to hiphop that much anymore and I used to so much

@kolotoure word. I was trying to think of who I think is really good these days. Joell Ortiz is kinda the nuts right now. One of the few current dudes Id listen to a full album from. I barely heard slaughterhouse. I gotta listen to more of that.

I like ill bill and think la coka nostra is cool. Big up slaine. And although he can be mad obnoxious kanye has been one of the most creative guys in recent years.

This guy Eugune is making some pretty interesting, if not really geeky stuff at adamwarrock.com. It's heavily comics influenced, but still pretty good. Drops an album in about a month.
