Bumped the newest Jim Jones mixtape, I was blazed as ****, but I kind of liked it....at times, I think Jones is capable of not sucking.

Also bumped that new Roots mixtape, I enjoyed.

The Murs one is weird, he just literally did the exact same thing. Homecoming has the same metaphor but he at least changes the lyrics sans the first line or two. I do like Homecoming alot though. The metaphor itself is pretty tired at this point.

Downloaded it when it came out, it's a lot different than his other mixtapes. A lot more laid back. It's pretty solid, perfect mixtape to blaze to. It's not as good as most of his other mixtapes, but the style is way different.

Saw Brother Ali live, kinda disappointed, his newer stuff isn't much fun crowd participation wise. I saw him when Shadows on the Sun first dropped and he was much better.

Bought CDs off Fashawn, nice guy I hope he blows the **** up. Feels good to hand a $20 directly to an artist.

Lupe live is highly recommended, closes with Superstar, Paris,Tokyo and then came back out for Daydreamin which is amazing live imo.
