Has anyone here ever done some research into skin routines and what is/isn't necessary for building one from a science-based perspective? I'm having trouble finding anything about this that isn't just advertorial.
So far I'm pretty sure that skin type is more important than sex, regardless of whether a product is marketed at men or women.
If this topic belongs better somewhere else then please move it. I looked at Health and Fitness but it's pretty much exclusively weight lifters.
