Unless it's a stripper eating 100 oreos in 2 hours. Then it's easy.

As the rules are concerned im not 100% sure but I'm pretty sure its just:

Eat 15 bars in 1 hour.

She may even be able to throw it up? idk?

I think if u can throw up here it can be acheived.

That's lame. If she can throw up and has no shame, then she could just divide an hour by how long it takes her to eat a hershey bar and puke and eat that many hershey bars in an hour. My guess is like 40ish.
