Trap him and take him to get fixed. That has worked quite well for us a few times. For some reason they all seem to hate that trip.

Optional (probably not what you want): If they hang around afterward, we feed them and hope they will earn their keep by eating smaller critters.

Or spray him with a garden hose until he gets the message.

The neighbors across the street have already trapped and fixed him (along with every other local stray). They leave food out for him so I doubt he stays gone for long. I sprayed him once about a year ago and my kids are still pissed to this day.

A+ to the dogs going down head first and trying to run down it. Ballsy!

Dozer trying to avoid looking guilty. I don't think his GF is going to buy it tho.

Squeaky looks serious.

He must have been related to one of the current strays we're feeding. He doesn't meow either; he yips. Sounds like a small dog: yip yip yip.

I couldn't see the pic when you posted, for some reason. Now that I can, I see Squeaky is serious bidness.

Fargo would have no problem wanting to drag me into the abyss chasing a squirrel or deer.

*not Fargo, auto correct for a slur.

wouldn't have been a bad name for a beastly honky dog though

funny thing is he wasn't at all, he was sweet as hell. I wonder if he was sick and I didnt pick up on his cues because he always looked like this. One day he just wobbled and almost fell down the staircase but I managed to catch him and took him to the vet but he never recovered, miss that sucker, he was a cool dude

oral surgery tomorrow morning for our 14 y.o. mutt. cracked tooth that caused an infection and subsequent abscess where the infection escaped, and since they're in there we're also going to have them remove an oral mass the size of my thumbnail that we had tested last fall as benign
always a bit sketchy to anesthetize a dog that old for that long, but we were given a <1% chance things might go haywire, so we gave it a go

Actual name sucks. Switching it to Fargo, Farfo, Faggo(think euro cig), or ******(think what we called scuttleheads when we were younger).

Ugh!

One of ours had a couple of teeth pulled last week, but he's only three and it was relatively simple. Good luck to him!
