Howard,
Even if freeing him from forum constraints on the basis that he was pleasant at dinner IRL once was the correct move (it obviously isn't), he has already done the whole "you can't fire me, I quit" thing, where he talks about what a bunch of weirdo losers OOT is comprised of anyway. After that, it should be legit impossible for you to respect him in the event that he chose to return if allowed.

Returning and posting at all after denouncing the forum would dispositively prove what a ***** move it is for him to be running around pretending that he wants no part of the forum.

My daughter is in Paris. She has had some long delays and has seen protests, but no rioting. She has agreed to stay away from riots even though she has an offer from some small magazine to do reporting on them.
