There are many stories about Andy Griffith being very difficult.

The two comic actors I like the most who are said to be the hardest to work with are Danny Kaye and Joel Hodgson (from MST3K).

Doesn't Bill Murray have a tough-to-work-with rep too? Seems to be well-accepted that Richard Dreyfuss legit hated working with him on What About Bob, though it was apparently helpful if anything given the adversarial characters they played.

Bill Shatner and Jason Alexander have two of the highest ratios for quality of work/quality of character it seems to me.

I saw that too. Not sure it was Bill Murray's fault more than Richard Dreyfuss'.

I really don't know if you mean they have a really high quality of character or low.

I mean their work is great but they suck as people.

I would have bet it went that way, but not sure.

They seem pretty ok as actors and I don't know, maybe slightly pains in the asses as people? I haven't heard anything about Jason Alexander.

And, don't get me wrong, Star Trek and Captain Kirk are awesome, but I wouldn't go saying William Shatner is a great performer or anything.

Micro, The Wrath of Khan alone vaults the shat into the stratosphere. When you consider the body of work it is unassailable. My sources tell me he once tried to get a kid fired for not validating his parking.

Also, I used to think Tiberius was the coolest name until I did some reading on the emperor of the same name, one sick puppy there.

I think everybody knows that Bill Murray is 100% his own man, but Richard Dreyfuss also very much has a reputation for being a big PITA, to the point it is believed that it greatly harmed his career.

For all the overacting Shatner ever did, I still feel like he was out-overacted by Ricardo Montalban when he's going all Moby Dick in Star Trek II.

ETA: I guess I should say "all Captain Ahab" since Moby Dick didn't have too many spoken lines IIRC

I heard Michael Douglas once paid a married couple one million dollars to sleep with the wife.

I know little of Jason Alexander as a person, but I’m happy he threw a fit early in Seinfeld about being written out of an episode and threatening to quit if they ever did it again. Obviously no episode would have been better off by lifting Costanza out.

I guess I've always assumed Alexander to be more likable than Michael Richards or Jerry Seinfeld. Richards I'm just convicting based on the Laugh Factory incident. IRL Jerry always seems like a smug prick.

I'd definitely rather hang with Elaine than any of the others.

jason alexander being an ******* would make me sad. Don't really know why tho, I imagine most all hollywood celebs are jackasses. And its not like I'm a huge fan, but it makes me sad nonetheless.

I specifically always thought Vince Vaughn would be an *******, but then randomly ran into him at brunch joint/bar in SF the morning after my bachelor party. My brother in law is a huge fan of his and insisted on buying him a drink. (Why do people do this??? They're rich celebs ffs!)

I cringed and prayed bro in law wouldnt approach Vince, but of course he did... and did so right when the guy got up from the bar and was about to leave. I was pleasantly surprised that he was actually totally cool about it. Had shots with us and chatted with our group for a while before going on his way.

And thats my sick brag yo cool story bro

Today walking the city I approached a busy intersection/crosswalk as the light was turning red, and a lady who was about 5 seconds behind me was very upset that I didn't "press the button to cross the street". She then proceeded to spend the next 2 minutes constantly pressing the button until the light changed, and to say she seemed extremely annoyed is an understatement.

This is the world we live in

Tell her she’s pressing it wrong and press it again.

Yeah I def missed an opportunity to show off my voodoo light changing skills, and I could have made fun of her girly weakness for not pressing it hard enough

One of my dorky troll the wife moves is to huff and hit the close door button in the elevator as soon as it starts to close.

My favorite is leaning on the horn when I am following her in a different car and the light turns green at an intersection. I got joy just thinking about it right now.

I approve of both. I love trolling my old lady.
