Walmart sells these for .38 cents. You can nuke them, and they're ready in a minute. They always turn out pretty good too.

De-lish-us Original Cheese potato chips. They're up in Wisconsin.

I've only ever seen them for sale in bars and liquor stores, not in groceries.

I don't think it's that they're particularly great, it's more of hearkening back to old times. But, I always bring back a couple bags when up north.

Definitely not Chex mix (It's got "Chex"^W"wheat squares" in it!)

Damn, this is good. Bought some for a road-trip pre-NYE. Housed the whole bag between Glamis and Vegas. Best part: No pretzels! I hate pretzels in my Chex mix, Chex and nuts only, please. Pretzels are the cheap filler of Chex mix.

Not huge wasabi flavor, but definitely present/up front. Most wasabi peas I've had (in mixes and solo) have stronger wasabi flavor, and are also harder or more dense. The crispy coating is thin, and crisp (go figure!). Easy to bite through, no risk to sensitive or weak teeth - I was worried about this, thinking the equivalent of wasabi peas around peanuts might put my teeth at risk.

I enjoy wasabi. I get the bulk oriental trail mix at Sprouts often, and frequently add extra w. peas/sesame sticks. This holds up. I would definitely buy this again.

Did I mention I love the fact that there are no pretzels in the mix?

lol, yeah that's the whole debate. That one's less of a Mandela effect though, as there's documented proof of it being printed both ways. Most of the misprints (Berenstein) were donated to schools and other children outlets, which is why a lot of people remember both spellings.

It'll always be Berenstein to me.

I think that would be a hard pass for me. Love caramel, tolerate coconut. Don't think they go together like P Nut Butter and Chocolate, though. Might be mistaken.
