My stacks aren't messy. I play $300 max buy in game, so not too many chips. Stacked in 20s. How it usually happens, should the good lord be gracious enough to allow me a double at some point in the session, is when I stack the pot, I start stacking it into 4 towers that i don't know the height. I build them up as I win, and eventually add more towers. All this if Jesus see fit, of course.

Pic from last night as example.

Looks like I was wrong - NJ is allowed, DE appears to be frozen out, despite being part of the same player pool ..

I can't believe there was somebody named GG Allin long before internet poker.

Jose,
Has everyone fled Chasers for Wynn?
I was looking at PokerAtlas this evening and see no PLO or 1/2 and 1/2 going
And then there is the max capacity at Encore

I got this text from a dude at Encore last night:

“3 guys from Chasers are at my table...” and yep, it was a PLO game.

I think half have fled or will flee, including me. I haven’t been to Encore yet but doubt I’ll drive to Chasers again any time soon.

And it’s JOSIE.

Josie,

the madder you get that people call you Jose, the more people will do it.

and for the record I am calling you Josie here.

Sounds like we all need to do a meet up at Encore, pool our money, and get rich!

I'm probably calling the flop, which probably leads to calling another lead-out on the turn, though if I had raised the flop then I'm betting the turn as you did.

As played, if I'm adding correctly and you're only getting about 4:1 on a call, it seems like a fold, though calling doesn't seem like a significant mistake.

I'm punishing that donk bet with an aggressive minraise, shoving all in and taking it down with the Ad on the river.

I’m bad at NL (and probably not much better at limit) but why are we opening this hand? Or is this a MLY play in which case, carry on

Playing a king from the button three-handed seems fine to me. I primarily played heads-up during the online poker boom, and playing three-handed with the button feels pretty similar to playing SB + button in HU, where you should be able to play a wide range profitably if you're comfortable with a short table. That said, 15 does seem stiffer than necessary for a hand that you rarely want to end up playing a big pot with.

Larry claims to be UTG, fella.

And yeah, I don't know wtf we're doing in there with K2. I probably flat flop in position, but don't hate the raise. I don't get your turn bet. Why bet 20% pot and possibly allow yourself to not see the river?

We are 8-9 handed and UTG, so not sure what your comment is about here.

Fold pre.

AP, call flop or raise bigger.

AP, WTF with the turn down bet? Either take the free card or bet at least half pot.

Is this hand even real? The button clickage here is immense.

I’m with Garrick. Turn bet of 75 into 360+ prices out nothing. Its only virtue is as a blocking bet getting villains to check river to you, but that didn’t happen. AP stacks are short enough that it may be a call, but multi-way you may be facing a bigger FD and be locked out. Still, it’s 1/3 and people routinely misvalue their hands, so IDK.

Fold pre, this can’t be profitable even against 8 morans.

Dammit, my mistake, clearly I misunderstood it as being three-handed and thought UTG and button were one and the same. If it was a full table, preflop raise is so odd that it surely contributed to my misread.

Larry is just balancing his preflop range fellas.

I like your flop raise and am checking the turn because we now have some value to go along with the draw.

Additionally, due to your utg preflop raise your flush will get there approximately 97% of the time.

So as played, just shrug and call it off. When the diamond hits let them know you had a feeling about this hand.
