I recently bought Andrew Brokos’s “Play Optimal Poker” and highly recommend it. After reading it twice, I hit the stone bubble in two tournaments, was one off the stone bubble in a third, and punted a middle stack to the giant-stack calling station on a theoretically sound but exploitively idiotic bluff and finished tenth at the final table where there were four short stacks.
The article argued that you're not guaranteed to find a bigger edge plus as a winning and experienced MTT player you'd use the 2x stack to your benefit in accumulating more chips than if you folded the first hand.

To this day, on a friggin weekly basis, I hear people say exactly like Shieky "I didn't even say anything!..." after slamming the table when the flop comes out like that. They are truly indignant that they even did anything wrong when called out.
I always hated Matusow until this moment, at which point I realized that there were scumbags about five levels worse than him.

Somehow I've never seen that. Unsure what event that is, doesn't look like ME chips. Agree that it's bull**** Mike was given equal penalty. Any at all unless there was a stric no F bomb policy.
