I like pies. How about you? What's your favorite pie?

Let's have a dual celebration of pie!

1) Making delicious pie
2) Eating delicious pie

The making part can be an ongoing thing. Just make an awesome pie and post it here. We'll maybe do some voting on that to crown a most delicious looking pie.

For the eating celebration, weeknights seem to work best. Let's do it some weeknight the week of the 17th. We can discuss important things like piequivalents prior to then.

I miss good pie. Wife and kids all have celiac disease, so no regular pie crust for us. One of these days I'll try some of the GF pie crust recipes that are out there.
