I realize they run against conventional wisdom of the people on 2P2. I didn't at first but after a few topics it was pretty easy to figure out. That being said the same is not true in my real life interaction. I've discussed some of the topics from 2P2 with my friends and they think the people who post here have the strange opinions.
I think we need a road trip to meet Henry and his friends...
Not that I'm in this conversation, but Henry has really grown on me in the last month or so. I find him highly entertaining as well as informative sometimes.
Agreed. I never really had anything against with him, just shocked by how completely different our worldviews were. Lately he just amuses me.

Reason: Henry's lifestyle bears a striking similarity to that of Southern rappers now that I think about it.
Henry:
Your posting persona is a complicated meta-commentary on racial politics where it's revealed that the behavior from an Atlanta-based rapper is seen as admirable/awesome while that same behavior from an Ottawa-based (Lawyer? Poker player? Heiress?) is seen as absolutely unfathomable.

My social engagements are calling me away, but just pretend I said some angry **** about your last post and your incredible lack of self-awareness. Actually just read nath's stuff about 'Cardo earlier in the thread and find-and-replace the relevant proper nouns.
imo Henry has got a lot better at posting and seems to have become a touch more aware that some of his more bombastic statements are a little more fringe than he realized and has tempered his viewpoint enough where he seems almost plausible.
