killa: i accept a survivor w/ diebitter on the following terms:

1. reg date of at least 1 year ago w/ at least 50 OOT posts during that time
2. screen out all of diebitter's gimmick accounts
3. admins agree to actually enforce this outcome by demodding diebitter if he violates the terms of his banishment

otherwise let's just go back to deleting his OOT posts and callling him a queer behind his back

Especially since the conversion happened 7 months ago. How about you change requirement to 40 posts from conversion to today's date. (Any posts after today shouldn't count b/c gimmicks can just go nuts for a couple of days to make themselves eligible).

Just an aside -- with the new software, we could use polls to determine the Survivor winner, as long as they were made public so that noobs/gimmicks could be disqualified. Seems easier to count that way than by having to scroll through several pages counting votes. Further, it would eliminate any "oh i thought just saying NT meant he stayed" confusion and also cleans the thread up so that any meltdowns are more readable.

This is basically the end of the convo, DB isn't suppose to post here , hes been exiled , told to leave and even said he would leave but keeps coming back. I can't force a green to stay out obviously. We have exchanged PM and he agrees that he really should not have posted recently and will refrain from doing so in the future. he also promised me no gimmicks. DB and I have had a long understanding and I believe he will hold this up as long as I am around.
