It's possible this is simply as stable as you get chemically, and additional stability would come from behavioral changes, or it's possible you could still use a bit of medication tweaking. Something to consider discussing with your prescribing physician, that's all.

That said, as many people have told you approximately 80 gajillion times now, therapy to learn better distress tolerance, conflict resolution, and emotional processing could only benefit you. You don't need (or it isn't your foremost need) to talk about your childhood. You need real, concrete skills to help you deal with everyday life when it isn't whatever your current fantasy concoction of perfection is.

Does your insurance cover therapy and it's just the deductible you can't afford, or is there no coverage for therapy at all? There seem to be lots of therapists in your city/county, with a number charging in the $50-$80 range, which may be your weekly fast food budget.

I think $2500 now. It's on my ex-husbands insurance and he changed his plan to a cheaper one with a higher deductible. I had passed the deadline to get insurance through my own job when I found this out. I've always carried my own insurance and had his as a secondary until this job.
I don't get child support and never had, so I think its reasonable to get a little break from paying for insurance too.
