Lolrep’s posts were juvenile, monotonous, stubborn, inarticulate, redundant and dull. He did start one excellent thread. But his duels with Natamus could and often did result in fifty-post duels that were totally useless and unreadable.

Obviously I believe that rep almost always posts well below his ceiling. So it’s a question of potential. Not that I think it’s likely that rep will change, but stranger things have happened.

One further thought: I never once looked forward to reading a GREEAR post. Not one time. Rep can be difficult and hostile and argumentative, but also insightful, interesting, funny and helpful. So IMO his posting range is much wider.

Probably because Nima was much funnier. That’s not to say he was often funny, but the coyote story, Saturn’s moons etc. were occasionally worth reading. I can’t think of a single GREEAR post I liked.

Nima is morally worse, to be sure — I don’t recall geeear doing anything criminal or unethical or whatever, but he was an awful, boring poster IMO.
