I'm not 100% sure what your exact number is but from what rake said I'll assume you are around 235 which would make your weightloss for the last year 52 pounds which would average out at 1 pound per week! I think the idea of cooking 2 new recipes per week is a really good one. Even if you only do 1 new recipe per week, you are bound to find 40 odd recipes that you and your daughter like that could be go to meals. Cook double or triple amounts when you cook them, freeze them and bang you have healthy meals for those days you can't be bothered.
Good luck on the next year. I look forward to seeing next years progress pics as the ones you posted earlier in your H&F log are incredible. Great job.
