I actually like it with straight cold ketchup. One of the very few remaining uses of ketchup for me. Of course that's just what I add to the top of the old lady's meatloaf, I'm not sure what all she puts in it.

I've secured some ground wild hog meat for a meat loaf.
It occurred to me that I live in Texas and half the people I work with are hunters and have freezers full of it. My ex-husband has tons of it, but he adds some gross spices so I'm getting some from a guy at work.

Read-up before on how to prepare wild meat. It is different to normal pork, you can buy in a grocery store. It is usually a lot leaner and has a distinct taste. It is almost to good for something like a meat-loaf.

Internet is at your finger tips. Read-up how to prepare it.
