Sales are really bad and the sales guys are blaming production and are a bunch of whiny ashats. They don't want me to talk to them because I just tell it like it is and they are worried I might piss off the sales guys and they will go crying to the president.
The company won't go bust over 13MM lol, but some people will get cut. They have already completely removed a middle layer of management last year which I think is excellent btw. Now they are cutting management at the plant/production level and everyone above me is worried they are on the chopping block and want to keep everything hidden/hush hush. I speak with sales more than anyone in the plant, so I'm not allowed to speak with them anymore because I don't really have the ability to lie, paint rainbows, smooshz or fluff the sales guys.

Then you need to crush the interview. Best way to do that is to be well prepared about what you’re going to say, what you’re going to wear, and be early enough that you don’t feel rushed.

Don’t say anything negative about current employer no matter what. Figure out the answer to “Why are you looking for a new job?” Without being negative toward them.

I’ve seen multiple business banks use MM to represent millions in regards to financing/loans. Sorry to be correcting you Josie

I used to always use M for millions and was corrected by a couple of accountants that it is MM.....I don't really know which it is, but I am referring to millions of dollas here.

Using M for million is acceptable and shouldn’t be marked incorrect on the imaginary test unless M and MM were available and you were asked to choose the “most correct answer”

MM is the correct way to abbreviate it iirc, but apparently not widely known. “M” typically gets the point across, although I believe it’s technically used for ‘thousand’ in accounting and finance (could be wrong on this part tho).
