Hmm, I didn't realize I had missed that many days in the beginning or even remember missing days. I didn't start logging in Sparkpeople until September. Can you tell me how you found all of my logs? Did you search for "log"? I would like to go back and put them into Sparkpeople.

So I guess I'm roughly at 93% daily log rate for the past year. I can plug that leak and work towards 100% for the next year.

As I said previously, you've plateaued and maybe need to rethink your strategy.

Yeah, the biggest change in the last 4 months was that I started eating fast food again for breakfast. I'm working on cutting that out. I don't know why it was so easy for me to forget that eating fast food 3xday got me to over 300lbs.

The biggest change is when you started having some 3,000+ calorie days when you tried to quit smoking. After that, you were never the same. It's like you re-awoke the worst habits that got you fat in the first place, which you had managed to suppress for the 8 months prior. It's not the fast food breakfasts that are the problem; it's the fast food breakfasts with two sausage biscuits instead of one, and the 3,000+ calories days with second dinner. That wasn't part of your range for 8 months (it was rare for you to go much over 2,000 calories), but now 3,000+ is back in the mix, and likely why you won't log Thursday and Friday.

I'm really optimistic about MLYLT putting some losing months together, but the last few months can be seen as a bit of a relapse. Nothing insurmountable and I think MLYLT is committed to losing weight which will yield results if true. I think she is back on track.

One of my less reputable friends managed to smoke some so called "white rock opium" purchased from shakedown street.

People are jumping on you for it because you have failed to demonstrate you can soft log and, in addition, count calories properly.

I probably only hard log once or twice a week now, but I am counting and logging in my head every single day. I also usually fail to log after drinking so that's much more of an estimate (which I plan out days in advance, by the way), and even though my cutting has been pretty successful, I'd probably be down an extra pound (huge) if I actually hard logged daily.

Chop is probably jumping on you (as are a few others) because you are too embarrassed to sometimes post blow out days, which just means you really care about the attention rather than being held accountable and losing weight.

Tyler had an emotional response in OOT that wouldn't register on the internet's Richter scale. As a perfectionist it probably bothered him, but he should know his stories and dry-condescension in the face of vile posting was always pretty awesome.
