It's a general hate boner for lazy, ill-conceived thoughts and ideas. I can see how you'd mistake that for being specifically against you.

I don't hate many people anyway, just some of the crap they come out with. If I had to sum you up it'd be something like "well-meaning but often foolish". Definitely not deserving of hatred... you're pretty harmless.

the first line is sarcasm so maybe the second one is too. i don't know. whenever i bring this up he doesn't say anything, which is weird considering he posts in most threads and replies to most posts. Hopefully I'm just wrong about this.
