I used a food tracking app to lose weight for about 2 years. Then I found I could collate all my logs to find out where I got the bulk of my calories from. My three major food groups were bread, pasta and margaritas.

True story, I literally flipped off a big whale/fish in person last Friday at a plo game...with a smile and a wink, but boy he took it badly.
