Why are you so mad about H&F, Jmakin? Serious question, I am not tryna be a dick.

One thing I don't like about H&F is the them vs us culture there in regards to OOT. I think it could be discouraging for new people to start logs, possibly people who really need to. Once you're there though you sort of find your own crew so to speak, especially if you make an effort to read other peoples logs and be somewhat supportive.

HF got a LOT better in last year. I think mods do a good job there. Actually interesting people become visible and present. Monte is totally an equivalent of greg in HF. One of his last posts in Alobar's thread is so on point about how dieting is done the right way. And there is actually a bunch of interesting, crazy and smart posters there. Loco totally has two sides: on one hand very like a teenager boy and verbally jumping into every dick measurement contest, on the other hand he is truly passionate about not-fat/fitness/nutrition and very disciplined in his training. This passion is very contagious.

MLYLT's log on the current conditions is bound to die. But then it will be completely 100% on MLYLT.

Have not been over to check but I assume it’s the same old haphazard and completely inaccurate food logging plus unrealistic plans to exercise

She's also planning to drink a glass of red wine every day, because she somehow thinks alcohol is great for her health.

I will clarify that my personal bar for "H&F regular" is pretty low; to ask for a minimal level of interest/participation in the forum outside of drive by hot taking the MLY thread doesn't seem unreasonable.

N1's thread is a bit different because he's a combination of Leonard Shelby, Alan Garner, Sam Gardner, and a developmentally disabled potato, so more of a no possible harm no foul kind of thing.
