Are people seriously arguing that Mlylt should do intermittent fasting or is it just general diettarding going on? Seems unbelievable to me that anyone would suggest IF to someone who struggles to get from breakfast to lunch without a snack. Fwiw this is a neutral post regarding Mlylt and a negative post towards people promoting IF to someone who is clearly not suited to it.

i went from 7 am to my lunch hour today quite easily with only a few triscuits, 4 or 5 bananas seems intense

Plus she has stated she pretty much does IF on the weekends and they are her worse days calories wise! Ffs lol

It's good that she does this. I unsubscribed from that thread - as literally everyone should have - when she told Diablo to GTFO because he didn't post enough like loco (my own paraphrase, but 100% what she did), but if there's entertaining stuff going on then it's enjoyable to read about.

I was commenting on what I consider bad advice in a thread I'm banned in. It's hardly stalking. For some strange reason I still want her to do well. Why do you feel compelled to call me out when you will happily allow others to make comments regarding her?

Why is it bad advice? Her not being able to go a waking hour without 100 calories is an argument for it, not against it. Obviously her methods are currently terrible and she is used to always eating, so why not try to change that? If anything her interest in the subject and reading more about diet/macros/etc. is a good thing. Lol at "pretty much already does IF on the weekends", that's just a magic show of hers, though maybe 3 waking hours without a few hundred calories feels like IF to her

It just seems impractical for someone who struggles even missing breakfast and has mental health issues to suddenly go 16 hours not eating. I'm definitely no expert but I thought IF was considered less effective for women, people with a disorganised diet/binge eaters etc and people who struggle with sleep? I guess she could give it a go but I'd be really surprised if it worked for her. Also having a child you need to make food for doesn't mean she can just forget about food during that period, she has to make food for her child. Maybe she has the self control not to have a little of what she makes for her daughter during a fasting period. What she is doing now isn't working though so who knows. I just don't think it would work but I'm not an expert. I'm not against IF btw, if it works for you that's great.
