I have looked yesterday into babs thread...... I don't know.....I had the same feeling I have when I see dead, half-rotten, smelly animal, I wanted just get away. The whole situation and the attitude not only from Tbabs but also from this other guy, whom he owes money...... I just don't want to be around such people. And it is not gambling or so... It is this complete inability to take responsibility for the situation and putting blame on others.

The only interesting thing was ElD trying to fill the father's role for Tbabs.

lol just came here to update cliffs. since LKJ's link won't work for anyone who isn't using the incorrect 100ppp setting, and you need some background:

Babs set Fubster up with a bookie whose name is "Sterling Korb." Fubster has no contact with Sterling and Babs acts as an intermediary.
Sterling owes Fubster $6,300.
Babs says Sterling has disappeared, his number is disconnected, and he went missing right around the time of the Santa Rosa fires so maybe that's why he can't get in touch with him.
Fubster hired a PI and learns there is no person living in California with the name Sterling Korb. Babs insists that's the name he gave him.
Some people suggest Babs is Sterling, or that Babs was getting kickbacks for referring Fubster, or that Sterling paid out to Babs and he punted it all off at the casino
Babs vehemently insists that's not the case, and he has no idea what happened to Sterling and has no way of tracking him down, and he should not be responsible for any of the money Sterling owes.

I am only surprised that any of the megathread saviors/survivors are surprised at the quality of his misdeeds. He is a devilish mix of ego/status-driven, greedy, and abnormally bad thinking. The wiki for his "disorder" promptly states a physical pleasure gained from hurting others during times of expressed symptoms. This was a slam dunk 'when?' -- I even wagered on it
