Would you scold a Pole and tell him that he could easily find a better life in France, the US or UK? Or does he fit into the same category as the African?

My brother just bought a piaggio MP3, sure it looks kind of lameish but its actually super awesome. Doesn't require a motor license and you can just use your regular driving license. Things are pretty brutal when it comes to acceleration as well. If I was strapped with dough I'd definitely get that over a Segway. You can drive it on the highway and it maxes out at around 160 KPH/100MPH.
