I'm moving to a new city. It's a downgrade in size but everyone says it's a great place, and there's a major university there so a lot of the population is well educated at least (I'm too old to take advantage of the student population. Maybe older grad students at the low end of my range.) I've had a lot of success with bumble in the past 6 months so I figured I'd at least have a nice new profile rush for the first week or two.
Swiped for about 30 minutes and I'm through the entire city. Can't expand range cause it's over 50 miles to the next largest city. How ****ed am I?
Not sure where you are, but I’ve been in areas where I ran out in one day and got a decent supply of refreshed options over the following days. What’s the population? Also, I would def get on Hinge too and probably pay for it
Dating in America must be interesting (possibly frustrating?) due to its very localised populations outside of obvious gigantic metro areas like NY, LA etc. Here in London there is a just a sprawling mass of about 12 million people with probably half a million girls living in an accessible area to me even just south of the city limits.
I couldn’t imagine ever running out of people. The flip side of course is that the girls have the same huge amount of choice too!
