Yah, seems like a weird text 3 days later. If she really felt that way and felt compelled to text then I think the next day is the most likely time to send it. I think she was probably hoping for another date and is just saving face and/or wanting to definitively turn the page. She seems really cool though and I'd respond wishing her luck.
