I'm 5 11 and have never worried about my height when approaching a girl.

amazin,

obviously you have it better than me but that chart that was posted is probably spot on accurate from what I have seen. 5'11 is still far behind 6'1, 6'2, 6'3, and 6'4 and I know girls that will hook up with a guy because he's 6'4. i dont know about that if hes 5'11.

PR,

I am sure your bitterness manifests itself in the way you interact with people, further hurting your chances.

im not saying it doesnt. im just saying I was happy and jovial for years and it got me nowhere because im short. i havent acted like this my whole life. when Ive failed with women for something as stupid as height and height alone it has made me really bitter.

Have you ever been shoe shopping with a woman?

jelly,

when you say buff...how attractive to a woman is that exactly? i mean el diablo talks about improving myself. perhaps I can lift weights more seriously and get myself in better shape. I just dont even know if its worth the time and effort because im playing so far behind in the first place.

short and in shape > short and fat

it really seems like you are determined to convince yourself that all of your failures are because of height. A bunch of short dudes have already said that even though its a disadvantage it isn't a death sentence...

well im looking for moves I can make that guarantee success. it seems everything in life can be accomplished with hard work and effort. Im willing to put in the hard work and effort to start getting hot girls. I just am unsure where to start. if I start hitting the gym and it will guarantee me hot girls I'll go. if it wont guarantee me hot girls I will not be happy.

When did this become the "short guy cries about the epiphany that women prefer tall men" thread? Of course short men have to work harder/have other skills to pull the same women. Just like fat men, poor men, men with missing appendages, ugly men, and paraplegics, all else being equal, are not going to be as attractive. You have to do the best you can with what you have. That's like crying about not being born into a rich family.

I'm 5'8", I'm sure lots of women didn't date me because of my stature. Who cares, there are still plenty of women who did. Even married 2 of them.

I'll stop and I'm sorry I posted so much. I'm just annoyed that women force a man to work so hard to get them initially just because I was born the way I was born. Whereas douchebags that got lucky and were born tall can play some cocky game and girls swoon over them because they are tall.

It's a joke. These are the same guys bragging to their friends that they are having lots of sex, but have no idea why they are. They are having sex because they are tall, not because they are some stud.

The true reason I feel this way is that women lie and say that they are not superficial in any way. Yet my results prove otherwise. At least men are up front on how their attraction works. Women's work based off of looks strongly, yet they deny it.

I don't think I can speak for most women, but I prefer stocky over lean. I really like the running back body type. My ex was only an inch or two taller than me, but he weighed at least 80 lbs more. I'm attracted to guys who look like they would have no problem protecting me.

Posting updates on the OKC app that I'm performing an improv/sketch show that night certainly gets a good amount of visitors, if only someone would come to the show and say hello to me after (I do play a guy with a big dick in one sketch at least, has to help!)

First you break the news that women prefer tall men and now that they are logically inconsistent and superficial? GTFO.

What wax his height and weight? I'm 5 11 187 and I still think I can come off as a thin guy.

Protecting you from what? do you live in a dangerous neighborhood or have somebody stalking or hunting you?

American women these days don't really need protection, but there was a time that they did. Our ancestors just went around raping every women they met.

her post makes zero sense

She wants a guy that protects her? then shouldnt she not be dating a guy an inch taller than her and start introducing herself to 6'6 280 pound bouncers or bodyguards?
