They actually are planning to tour late this year and early next, most likely with their long-term guitar tech filling in; he filled in for a few shows in the past when Dusty had some medical issue.

Really sad about Charlie Watts. A jazz man who ended up in a rock'n'roll band by accident and had the sheer nerve to keep wearing a proper suit and tie and correctly folded top-pocket handkerchief on stage right through the late Sixties when Jagger and the rest were doing peasant blouses and beads and all that.

I certainly regard Ed Asner as more prominent than George Michael, but I doubt anyone's posting a dedicated thread about him, so I'll extend my RIP to him here. Asner was a good one.

Heard on the radio this AM that Willard Scott died.

One thing they mentioned that I didn't know is that he was the original Ronald McDonald. (Even before Mac from It's Always Sunny).

I don't know man, I think Norm McDonald deserves his own thread, but I'll put it here for now. Apparently had cancer for 9 years and kept it a secret. Damn. That guy's stand-up pre-SNL was so funny, and I thought he usually was great on SNL too. Wow.

RIP Willie Garson. Good character actor who showed up in a lot of stuff. Admittedly I couldn't put a name to his face until I saw this item. Was only 57.
