Are those beef cattle in your picture? HT's cow looks like a jersey. A jersey isn't ever going to look like your cattle no matter how much you feed it.

ETA:

That hollowed out area behind the ribs is totally normal in jerseys and to a lesser extent so is being able to see their ribs.

100% agree. When I read "grassfed" I immediately thought beef operation, since all dairies in my area are confined/fed. But dairy cattle are much thinner on average, both for genetic reasons and it simply requires a lot of energy for milk production.

Jim Stafford used to be great on the old talk shows, pretty much forgotten these days. Always seemed talented. Looks like he's big in Branson though.
