I always wonder with all guys having a hot girl for avatar if they want to be seen like a hot girl. And I find it totally confusing if people change they avatars. It is like I am talking to someone completely different.
I think of it as men admiring something beautiful, just like women who subscribe to Instagram dog accounts.

My mental image of lbr is him running into the woods to take a **** while the convoy moves on ahead without him as his truck idles on the side of the road.
